Debra Walburn, CISR

Personal Lines Agent

Debra has been a licensed insurance agent since 1978, only taking a 5-year

break to stay at home with her children. She serves as a Personal Lines Agent and has been with Gunn-Mowery since 2002. Debra has also earned her CISR Elite (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation, which means she has completed four additional courses and examinations beyond the five courses required to earn the CISR designation. In addition, she holds her CPIA (Certified Professional Insurance Agent) designation. When not assisting clients with their personal insurance needs, Debra is an active member of the 501(c)(3) organization, Upholding the Line in central PA. Their mission is to provide services and community support to Law Enforcement officers and their families. In addition, she belongs to a small group of women who creates and donates jewelry to women’s shelters in the Harrisburg area. However, her favorite pastime is spending quiet times with her children and grandchildren.
