Emily was an active part of Wevodau Insurance & Benefit Strategies since its founding in 2006. In 2015 she became a licensed agent and began working in the family business full-time. Emily joined her father, Gerry Wevodau, as a co-owner of the business in 2017, working closely with all staff and the daily management of the agency while maintaining client accounts. As of July 1, 2024, Wevodau Insurance joined Gunn Mowery Insurance.  

Emily continues to serve clients for their group health benefit needs with a proactive approach, and she holds the LUTCF designation.

Emily has been married to her husband, Roy, since 2015, has a stepdaughter, Ava, and two dogs. She enjoys spending time with her family over good food and a glass of wine, and being involved with her church.
